Smears, edges, cracks, slabs this shoe does it all. An all day shoe that’s both comfortable and high performance. These are my go to shoes for cracks and face climbing. Sizing may vary depending on your foot shape, I like to go 2 US sizes down from street shoe size. Definitely one of my all time favorite shoes.
Otaki’s are a semi-stiff, comfortable, high performance sport climbing and vertical to slightly overhanging bouldering shoe. I love the fit of these shoes. Velcro straps for easy on and off. They fit a wide foot, edge super well, and excel on tiny holds. I size these the same as most of my Sportiva shoes. About 2 US sizes down from a street shoe.
With a slightly lower profile toe and a lacing system to get the best fit the Katana Lace are a precision shoe that excel in thin cracks and tiny edging. They also smear phenomenally once broken in. A great all day shoe for most multi-pitch climbs or routes in the gym.
TX Guide’s are THE shoe for easy scrambles and approaches. I’ve primarily used my pair on easy climbing routes, long mountain scrambles, jumaring ropes and approaching rock climbs. They’ve performed great for everything.
TX 2’s are a lightweight super comfortable approach shoe. They climb really well too. Geared more towards the weight saving climber who’s looking for a comfortable, sticky approach shoe that’ll clip easily onto your harness or wont take up much room in your pack.
The Icon 9.1 is a super durable thin single rope. Its 35% sheath mass and tight braid keep this rope durable and abrasion resistant unlike most skinny ropes, prolonging the life of your rope. Definitely a confidence boosting quality on long routes and big walls.
The 9.7 Lightning Pro is a true workhorse for the modern big-wall free climber, sport climber and trad climber. A great rope for projects and sends. I feel this is the perfect combo of thickness to weight for a dynamic rope. At 61 grams per meter its one of the lightest ropes of its kind. Durable and super nice handling make this my most frequently used rope out of BlueWater’s Dynamic Rope line.
Unparalleled to any other small cam on the market. Fixe’s Alien Cams are the original lightweight, flexible, and low profile cam. They excel in pin scars, thin cracks and with their soft camming lobes they are sure to bite into the rock and stay put in shallow placements.
